Justin Branson is a seasoned residential Realtor® serving families across Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. A lifelong Bristol-area resident, Justin brings deep local knowledge, steady guidance, and a calm, confident approach to every transaction.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Justin lettered with the Tennessee Volunteers baseball program—an experience that instilled the discipline, teamwork, and work ethic that define his real estate career today. Licensed since 2006 and focused exclusively on residential real estate since 2009, he has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate everything from first homes to relocation, lake properties, and long-time family homes.

Justin believes real estate is first and foremost about service. His business is built on faith-driven values, honesty, integrity, and treating people the way he would want his own family treated. In recent years, Justin has added new tools to better serve his clients as a licensed pilot, certified drone pilot, and avid photographer. When he’s not working with clients, Justin enjoys time with his wife Karen and their children Bella and Brody. He’s a devoted college football fan, enjoys golf, and stays active in his church and local community—proud to serve the Tri-Cities area he’s always called home.
