Graig Hale

Born and raised in Southwest Virginia, Graig developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors at an early age, spending countless days hunting and fishing alongside his father, uncle, and close friends. That passion eventually led him to Virginia Tech, where he pursued his education and began building a career in the outdoor television industry.

His career took him across the country, with stops in Michigan and Wisconsin before ultimately bringing him back home to the mountains of Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee. After experiencing some incredible places along the way, Graig gained an even greater appreciation for what makes this region so special—from its scenic landscapes and abundant wildlife to the people, traditions, and opportunities found throughout the area.

Over the past six years, Graig has dedicated himself to developing his expertise in the land and real estate industry. During that time, he has successfully sold more than $25 million in real estate encompassing over 8,000 acres. That experience has sharpened his understanding of land values, property marketing, negotiations, and the unique characteristics that make each tract of land different.

Now, Graig is excited to take the next step in his career by continuing to build on that experience and accelerate his expertise in the land industry. His goal is simple: to bring his knowledge, work ethic, and genuine passion for the outdoors to every client and every property, while continuing to grow as a trusted resource for those buying and selling land.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Graig outdoors. He enjoys hunting and fishing, sports, landscaping and land management, and golfing...but mostly fishing.  For Graig, land is more than a profession—it’s a lifelong passion, and he’s proud to build a career around helping others discover the same connection to the outdoors that has shaped his own life.
